Our wines resemble us, in that they are colourful, they represent the “joie de vivre” in sharing convivial moments, they describe the emblematic places of the Amirault Grosbois family, they express more specifically a vineyard and a precise terroir, all keep the same desire: fine wines, gourmand, with a lovely tannic structure.
Our range “Les Couleurs” are wines of pleasure, on the fruit,
and a convivial moment of sharing. Short fermentations,
and often devatting during the harvest period
bringing a fruity aromatic to our wines.
Coming from several small plots grown organically, they are
then aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats before joining
our distribution networks.
The reflection of our terroirs remains our leitmotif.
We offer this range on the AOP Bourgueil appellations,
Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil and Chinon.
Our premium wines, divided into two categories: here our
“Les Tableaux” range, emblematic places and buildings
of Famille Amirault Grosbois: Les Graipins with the house of
the Amirault Family, Le Bourg with a view of the vines in the center
of Panzoult. The wines are either aged in barrels for 10
at 12 months, i.e. aged in stainless steel vats. These are wines with more
character, a more pronounced tannic structure but
keeping the DNA of our terroirs.
We offer this range in the AOP Chinon appellations,
Bourgueil, Saint-Nicolas de Bourgueil and Gaillac.
Our “Les Parcellaires” range is also the fruit of our
prestige cuvées, but the expression of our parcel terroirs
in Saint Nicolas de Bourgueil with aging and vinification
longer, in order to draw a more aromatic complexity
important.
The result: wines with great elegance, finesse,
gluttony. To be accompanied “without moderation” for your
family tables, friendly, and above all convivial!
We offer this range in the AOP Saint appellations
Nicolas de Bourgueil only.
Our “Les Instants” range are wines retracing the periods
keys to the life of the Amirault Grosbois family. These are wines
organic, in the “purest” expression of our terroirs: a
Loire style pronounced on freshness and fruit.
Coming from several small plots grown organically, they are
then aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats before joining
our distribution networks.
We offer this range especially in Vin de France
(from the South-West, Gaillac), in AOP Saint-Nicolas de
Bourgueil, and in AOP Chinon.
